Our plantation started back in 1973 with the grown of the variety “Cavendish” or “Dwarf Cavendish” and with the support of our workers of the same zone. Since then, our mission has been to produce the top quality organic banana plantain fulfilling the highest health and hygienic standards known for production and packing and we are also a company with a full visionary commitment with the environment.

With this vision and commitment, RAMAMY is the best commercial partner offering the top quality and organic banana plantain gather with the infrastructure required for a fast and ideal commercialization, all this topped with the professionalism and seriousness in their business deals.

Facilities

RAMAMY plantation has the top installations for harvesting, washing, selection, classification, handling and packing, storage and transportation of the fruit. Our plantation is fully equipped with rail tracks for the right transportation of the fruit which is then taken to a washing system with purified water. Then the fruit is selected and classified in special trays transported in a railway track to the handling and packing section, finally, the fruit is loaded in containers to its final destination.

All our inner circulation roads as well as the highways and road surfaces connecting our plantation are paved, so trailers and heavy trucks can circulate easily all along the route.

Certifications

Our staff and workers have all the knowledge and professional industry-leading experience required in agriculture, specifically in banana plantain grown, with the main goal to have the best production of the fruit as well as the most adequate plague control, so the production is top quality and also insecticide-free, all this in order to comply with all the Mexican Government Requirements (know in Mexico as Normas de Calidad Nacional and México Calidad Suprema) and the international GLOBAL G.A.P. (Good Agricultural Practice).

RAMAMY farm comply with the Organic Certifications acquired from BioagriCert (Italian Organic Certificacion) as:
